Auto Manage Slots is very useful for slow internet conections to automaticaly skip queue, or to start inactive downloads when the current transfer is slow or without seeds. But have a big issue, look, imagine I have this setting, 1 download slot + maxextraslots=4, so I have 5 total slots, imagine I have a torrent without seeds, then tixati add automaticaly a new download slot, and this torrent also is without seeds, then tixati add more one slot, and more one, and more one, so now I have 5 active downloads with zero seeds, but after 30 minutes or 1 hour, 2 of this torrents have 2 fast seeds each one, and one download have 1 fast seed. Now I have 3 downloads running side by side, and slow beacause my internet is not fast, and tixati need to divide the bandwidth with this 3 downloads. So need a new setting to Auto Manage Slots feature, to Re-Enqueue downloads when more than X active downloads got X seeds or X speed and a setting to keep active the download with less seeds (most rare) based on download slots setting, in this example, tixiti shoud keep just the download with 1 seed, and re-enqueue the 2 others.

The version 3.16 has some improvements to hash-links auto-management feature, maybe also can be implemented the much needed requests above, please if possible look at this requests. Thanks.
