Is there a way to only download when there are > 0 seeds available?

I'm asking because sometimes I encounter a situation where there might only be 1 or 2 seeds and they are not online 24/7.. or maybe there might never be.. you don't always know it might show 0 and then they come online a few days later.

So this would be great to both prevent downloading data that you will never use (if there are never going to be seeds again online)

or to prevent "premature deletion" where you guess that no seeds will never go online so you delete it because the downloaded partials are taking up usable disk space
