Allocating space is very slow, even "Fast Allocate" option is selected. It looks like every byte is written.
I'm very surprised because "fsutil file createnew" command creates several gigabytes file in less than in a second.

It is ongoing tixati's issue with allocation file.

Are you using FAT32?

No, I'm using NTFS on a hard drive, and "Fast Allocate" option works like "Full Pre-Write".
