swarm merging is something that I can support

I want it also, has a lot of requests for swarm merging here, but was never implemented, and this is a big tixati  limitation compared to this clients, I use BiglyBT often just to use swarm merging.

Exactly, I had to use BiglyBT only because of this swarm merging feature as well as I2P.
Now that, Tixati I2P is better, faster than Biglybt I have completely stopped using BIglyBT for I2P torrents and switched to Tixati.
One final thing is this swarm merging, once Tixati implement this I will finally be able to get rid of Biglybt once and for all.
Please, Tixati, please implement Swarm Merging!!

I vote not only for Swarm Merging that is GREAT, but I vote also for several other incredible BiglyBT features like Meta-search (with Swarm Search), Swarm Discoveries, Tag Discovery, Decentralized torrent ratings and comments, default channels for individual torrents and tags. Tixati team please look BiglyBT with love.

Tixati already provides channel feature. Both public as well as I2P (anonymous).
"Decentralized torrent ratings and comments" is absol;utely useless feature - a product of bygone era. Nobody used to use it and nobody uses it now. It was invented when torrents were new and malwares download were popular in torrent websites both public and private. NO, it does not matter at all. It is just one of thoses that BiglyBT developer holds close to his heart and therefore will never delete this bloat of a thing.
"Meta-search (with Swarm Search), STag Discovery" both of these are bloatware - they might be good as an idea but implemtation is tough without increasing heaviness of the software.
"Swarm Discoveries" One and only useful thing needed from BiglyBT in Tixati. This is what helps us merge the swarm. BUT and a BIG BUT, Tixati would have to create his own version for this because the way BiglyBT implements it is extremely ruogh and crude and he never accepts that there might be more optimizations needed.

So, TLDR - Only and only Swarm Merging is needed from biglybt all the rest are just bloatwares.

Anecdotally, client-to-client messaging and arbitrary data exchange through Azureus/Vuze/BiglyBT DHT is a “work in progress”, and therefore not documented. On one side, if you are the only person who works on that, why document anything? On the other, there are many roots of former Vuze account/friend/subscription/paid service system inside, so some internal operations might make little sense to a newcomer.

So even if basic principles are clear (match files by size, announce that connection between two hashes, announce links between torrents tightly coupled by user-defined category, or loosely coupled by being in the same client, etc.), you need to re-implement, debug, and deploy the whole DHT from scratch, in a different language. Technically, the code is all open source, but no one has done it, as far as I'm aware.

Moreover, it should be possible to add the same features to Mainline DHT, and there are some proposals, and some basic building blocks available. Still, no one took the task of guiding the collective work across clients, making libraries or tools.

Instead of asking for something highly unlikely to happen... You most certainly run a capable multitasking operating system (it is probably possible to use this forum in Opera Mobile on Symbian, but I haven't tested it), and most circumstances allow running more than on torrent client. Use specific features of client X in client X, and specific features of client Y in client Y. There is no real need to make another LeechCraft.

Otherwise, I am going to nag about Microsoft Office integration, because why not? See you when Tixati® Services for Exchange® Server® comes out.

I don't comment normally but now I need, BiglyBT Meta-search and Swarm Search is "bloatwares" that I use almost everyday! Is a extremely useful "bloatware" to me, as is the awesome Swarm Merge, if BiglyBT implementation is "ruogh and crude" I don't know but this implementation work very well not only to me but also for many others, look the reactions just in this topic guy. If you want a basic client go to utorrent, tixati is for advanced users that want more power.
