This has become an issue for me with some large torrents (100s of files in many folders) named completely insanely by the uploader. With excessive folder titles, deep folder levels and every filename containing a huge uploader stamp and utterly repetitive encoding details (which could be easily reduced to one single location in the titling or folder naming instead), when this is combined with the file path limit in Windows it can create problems moving files for archiving after download.
Having to rename every file in large torrents individually is a massive waste of time and very fiddly, the way Tixati handles it. What would be very helpful would be a filename search/replace mechanism that could work across ALL files in the torrent. So being able to search/replace text strings to remove uploader suffixes and redundant repeated encoding info (for instance) on ALL files in a folder, or ALL folders at once, in one go would make life far easier. It would also help when the uploader has made mistakes in titling that persist through a complete set of torrent files.
Please consider adding such a feature to make local management of large torrent allocations easier. It would have saved me literally days of work recently... :(

Just to add - having now upgraded to the latest 3.38 build, I'm extremely disappointed to see that a simple previous request to fix the dialog boxes (especially on renaming) so that the default keyboard return action (OK or cancel) was highlighted, rather than being left unclear, has not yet been implemented.
This is the standard GUI practice, to highlight the default action button, since GUIs were invented nearly 50 years ago, for good reason as it helps the user navigate and choose fastest response (keyboard or mouse) to close a dialog. It is trivial to implement. Please address this urgently.
