This is a critical issue in China.
There are clients blindly downloading any seed without uploading. The download/upload ratio of these peers can exceed 1000.
These clients are scattered and cannot be blocked by a single static ip filter.
Please please add an option to ban an ip that has a peer with 0 progress and high transfer ratio.
If this use is too restricted, so to speak, I don't mind writing some script for this particular need as long as tixati can implement a dynamic ip filter.

and certain ID filter, e.g. list below

Not all these peers keep 0 progress, high transfer ratio is affirmative, the base is not per peer's but a torrent itself's size.
While this request doesn't solve the issue completely, but still a good idea. Some of the peers made fake IDs, ID filter cannot
do anything about them, but the requested feature will helpful.

If user script will be implemented, GEO and IP port are also useful data.
