On Win11, trackpad gestures have never been very responsive for me to begin with, but now I can't scroll down at all. Scrolling up works fine, but not down. What's more, if I turn off smooth scrolling, I can get the screen to scroll down by one item, but it immediately scrolls back up without touching anything else.

I am having the same issue. I tried going back a few versions but the issue was persistent. On version 3.24 I tried changing both Smooth Scrolling and Auto-Scroll On Start/stop but this did not help.

I can use the side bars and arrow keys when something is selected but it would be nice to get scrolling back.

Issue occurs on 2 different Debian 12 laptops.
