In 3.22, if it still happens (it might be fixed?), try going into Settings > Behavior and turning off smooth scrolling.

Let us know if that works.

yep, same with smooth scrolling off

curiously, scrolling up works fine
and the issue is only present with touchpad, a mouse works fine

Thanks for the reports.

This should be working now in v3.24.  There were problems with trackpad scrolling and high-precision mousewheel devices in Win 11.
