I've been experiencing window rubber banding, I tried changing the priority to above normal , high  and real time  and same rubber banding issue. I have changed my 144 Hz main screen to 60 Hz and same issue. I've also changed RAM from auto (2600) to XMP (3200) same issue.

What is the polling rate of your mouse? If it's set to 1000 Hz, reduce to 250 Hz please. See my reply in: https://forum.tixati.com/support/6343?p=3  I think you talk about the same issue. Tixati's procedure to redraw a window at the new location is very taxing. If that's not the same, please describe in more detail what you experience there.

Using Logitech G502 Hero , issue disappears when setting Report Rate from 1000 (default) to 250 regardless of the DPI settings.
