the `__padding_file_` is useless and wasting space and tixati needs users every time to unselect them manually(auto select can't help because that I saw somewhere in the form says "even unselected it, it'll be downloaded too if some files share that data piece".

the `__padding_file_` files is not displayed in many other popular clients. Is possible that tixati has that behavior too?

I think I found a way but I haven't been able to test it yet.

Open Tixati settings and go to: Files -> "Auto-select files in new transfers" click the checkbox and then click "Configure".

In the filter tab put "__padding_file_" in the "Never select" box. (Without the quotes. Add other file/folder names on their own line.)

Tixati should now not try to download these files automatically. Please let me know if this works because I haven't tried it myself because I don't have any torrents with these "__padding_file_".

I think it's just a matter of time. When Tixati start supporting BitTorrent V2 torrents, it will be able to recognize the pad files, because they are part of the standard in the new BitTorrent protocol.

how would you apply this to the extra SUBS directory?  I have to uncheck every time and I would like it to not selected any subdirectories.
