When i pick up the tixati window with my mouse it floats around uncontrollably.

what OS and what version on tixati?
v2.75 was just released, if you are not running that version yet get it and see if this is still happening.

what exactly is happening on your system?
if you could post a video of what you are talking about that might help to understand whats going on.
--make a video, upload it to some free site and then put a link to it here. remember to blur all file names and IPs
