Need to add support for SSL torrents

Tixati currently does nor support SSL trackers.So torrents with https://  in their trackers cannot be used.Please add support for this as I personally love using tixati and private torrents currently cannot be downloaded with tixati as of now.

Tixati works OK with https for me on two private sites.
