you need to set 999999999 and 500 but you need to uncheck limit incoming limit outgoing and auto limit if you see them blue the 99999 and 500 don't work

Just so you all know I have only got cable modem 320 MBs down 20 up cable connection. The correct setting for me is 40,000 kBs down and 1,200 kBs up. Limiters.

So when you do your tests internet connection speed tests you need to convert 1 MBs = 125 kB/s.

I don't see that calculation in your math.  This may help you out. I'm still trying to figure out Auto-Limit Rules.  But my speeds are alright, but could be better.

So 999999 and 500 settings you may as well just disable them. If you do the math of 125KB/s = 1 MB/s setting you'll have the correct math.

Hi. I found the solution.

Under the Bandwidth tab, make sure that Auto-limit is turned off.

You're welcome!

It worked HAHAHAHA, I thought it was just sarcasm. Setting incoming bandwidth to 9999999 really did work, from 100kbps to 2-3mbps download speed

Absolutely correct, turning off the autolimit did the trick!!
