support for vpn port fwd or a trigger cmd on listen ip change?

I'm not sure how many people use privateinternetaccess (PIA) and/or are aware of the port-forwarding they have. It works pretty well and dramatically increases speeds.

It is rather simple, all tixati would have to-do is post a little "configurable" json (with user/pass/magic value) to a url, and it returns a tiny json with a port-number, which then could be used by tixati. The port is usually the same if the same "magic" value is used.

Right now I have a scheduled task that runs every 5min to refresh the port if the IP changed, and since its always the same I dont need to change tixati.

I am not sure how many other VPN provider support port forwarding in one way or another to make that useful.

Another idea would be that tixati triggers some kind of command when listening ip changes.

Just some ideas, in case the tixati devs run out of cool stuff to-do ;)
