In the newest version, transfer properties standalone window keeps flashing every now and then, the most noticeable on detail page

I'm on 2.33 64 bit on Win10 with many of the files that I am seeding on a NAS drive.
I get the a flash when all the transfers lock up and the bandwidth drops to 0.

The Locking up in 2.33 does seem to be much less severe then on 2.32.
It may be fact that the locking up is more momentary is giving rise to the flash effect.

dunno, I think its not related, main window has no problem, and flashing properties seems like ui update related bug, sections without activity (comments, options, etc) do not flash

ps: also had problem with tixati locking up, but it was related to the apm of drive, with low transfer rate drive would just spin down, resulting in tixati freeze/waiting till drive starts again, since I manually disabled apm on my seeding drive, tixati no longer locks up. I think problem with drive still exists, but new tixati handles it better. Maybe would be better to somehow keep drive active if tixati is reading from it, even if its just 5KB/s.
