Your system is slow.
Your OS / CPU is too slow to show the Tixati window at a new position. Normally Tixati should not be able to affect this. Only your OS is at fault. See in Task Manager what your CPU use in % is. It can be overloaded.

Same here, also Ryzen 3600 ..I noticed when I try to drag the windows the CPU immediately boosts to 4.2 ghz andgoes up to 20% usage

I'm the guy who said this, I have Ryzen 5 3600, GTX 980, another fresh Windows 2004 installed just 2 days ago, and Tixati 2.74. Still having the issue.

Hey, I just installed Tixati 2.74 and this was the first thing I noticed too. The window moves around very slowly when I drag it around.

I weirdly also have a Ryzen 5 3600, with a GTX 1070. Clean install of Windows 2004.

try running the diagnostics cpu graph found in the help menu. now move the window around and see what the graph looks like.

now run the graph for whatever section was most affected in the cpu graph and move the window around again.
