i'm stumped. i just started using Tixati and i can dowload/upload NEW torrents fine. but when i try to upload my existing torrents, no peers are connecting. i still have Deluge set up and the connections are working fine there. any thoughts? thanks.

Two questions:
1) When you say "upload my existing torrents", do you mean "SEED my existing torrents" ? If not, then what is it that you mean in other words ?
2) If 1) is true, is the seeding working on Deluge but not on Tixati, for the SAME TORRENTS, at THE SAME PHYSICAL LOCATION AND COMPUTER, and AT THE SAME TIME ?
Apologies if those sound obvious, but sometimes the easier explanation is the one. :)
