to a previous question says that Tixati 1.96 does not support web ot GetRight seeding.

This is used at the Internet Archive site and prevents Tixati's use for getting public domai9n content available there.

Has there been any change to this?

Web seeding will not be included in the next release (1.99, very soon), but the one after that definitely will.  We're working on it right now...

How soon is 1.99 going to be released?
