Sometimes I will click on a magnet link to start a download, not realising that I have already started the torrent.

What options come up and what is the right way to go about stopping this torrent from starting.

I remember this happening a while back and not knowing what to do - I did click on one of the options (can't remember what it said now) and Tixati froze.

If teh torrent is really the same, you will get an option asking if you want to merge the torrent or seeders (or something similar), I *always* click 'yes'. If it is different in any way, it will just be like downloading a regular/different torrent. Never had any freezes in this area.
