How user friendly and secure is TIXATI compared to utorrent?

I am asking because I am thinking of switching to TIXATI, but I have started to torrent, and utorrent does everything for me (the only annoying parts was the ads), but I heard that TIXATI is suppose to be lighter, faster, more secure.

It will depend on you and what you are looking for. There is a lot to the program in way of how it can be customized to suit you. There are so many features it takes patience to learn all of it's features. I am a long time user and have it well setup for my computer, so it is the most rocking. I would suggest you try it and be patient.

The security part.... well I have no complaints, but you must understand you are asking other computers, no inviting other computers to an open port. That is a pretty un-secure thing to do. It is how torrents work, however.
