From my experience Tixati behaves in very sane manner, but today I've got a really nasty surprise :(
When I try to route plain HTTP tracker announces via plain HTTP (trusted) proxy, it complains
HTTP proxy does not support CONNECT method
(TLS option unchecked as well)
but plain HTTP doesn't need CONNECT to be relayed via proxy at all, GET is just fine!
