I am a linux noob.  I am changing from Windows 7 Pro 64 to Mint XFCE 22.3.  I know that deb files can be installed.  I just want to make sure the current ubuntu download will work in this Mint.  Thank you.

Yes, absolutely. The Ubuntu version of Tixati (specifically the 64-bit .deb package intended for Ubuntu) will work seamlessly on Linux Mint XFCE 22.3.   Linux Mint is built directly on top of Ubuntu LTS (Linux Mint 22.3 uses the Ubuntu 24.04 base), meaning it shares core package compatibility. Furthermore, the desktop environment (XFCE) does not affect Tixati's compatibility, as long as the necessary graphical libraries—primarily GTK3, which comes standard on Mint XFCE—are present.
