How to repeat:

The Transfers window is open, there are active downloads and distributions, the total traffic speed >50 Mbps. Spin the mouse wheel up-down in the Transfers window for a while - the longer you spin, the more the traffic speed drops.

0. Windows 10x64 22H2, Tixati 3.44.

2. Delay minimizing/maximizing the tixati window with the window buttons, as opposed to Show/Hide from Menu (RMB on taskbar icon) - its work fast.

3. The WIN-CLOSE command for the Tixati window in nnCron v1.93b15 does not work - the process is tixati.exe not closed.

This is an architectural problem of Tixati. The networking depends on the main/GUI thread. Mouse scrolls cause window redraws and this slows down network transfers... nothing you can do.
