I have the same issue, reported it this year under item 8838

The Tixati core engine (protocol management etc) is probably the most advanced, proactive and resilient I have ever seen.

This project feels abandoned. I used to be a daily visitor, forum contributor and regular donor. Now I only barely bother with any of that.
I rarely bother replying to people even when I know the solution.

Tixati logic handling is very broken, if the dev fixes these issues it would be amazing. Tixati is a broken product right now.

TIXATI FAULTS v3.xx

1) Auto Download management is diabolical - just does NOT work properly (especially when you have hundreds of items)
2) Auto Upload management is diabolical - just does NOT work properly (especially when you have hundreds of items)

3) hash-links should NEVER go in the green DOWNLOAD area
4) hash-links should ALWAYS go in the Queued high section until they resolve and obtain the metadata, then go in Green Downloads or Queued low section

5) once a download 'stalls' it should go to the back of the Queued list (highest)
6) then the download should be replaced with one from the Queued list (lowest)

7) If a Queued item has been waiting for 24 hours+ without meta data, once the meta data is obtains - it is still queued (horrendous idea)
8) Once a download obtains metadata it means the seeder is online and needs to be put in the download queue immediately to obtain the file.

9) The ENTIRE scene only works by giving back right? So why isn't there a feature in Tixati for this?
10) There needs to be a Tixati feature to enable items in your queue to seed a few items periodically to see if there are any takers.

11) With user permission, Tixati should randomly seed our random items or lists of items within certain tag categories.
12) In doing so, if Tixati detects any seeds online, we therefore don't need to upload, carry on 15min then move onto seed the next item.

13) MAJOR FAULT: No activity in EventLog with lots Seeding and all sorts of DHT sniffing, some are always dead, no activity. Has to be a fault never to see any traffic, not even own IP reflection

I just think if these issues are fixed then Tixati will be truly world class

Just my 2 cents

hey Original Poster, in your connection settings you have set Tixati to "ipv6 preferred"

Not sure if that's what you intended? You might limit your chances of finding peers - in theory it shouldn't though.

Try changing to "IPv4 preferred" Especially if you have problems.
If your ISP/home setup does not fully support IPv6 this might cause the issues.

I think anyone here would recommend you try some very popular downloads first and get to learn Tixati if you're a new user?
If what you're doing is older downloads it can be hit and miss. This is why you should try with very popular, learn it then delete that stuff, start with your chosen selections.

Also stop all the downloads except a few and click on the peers tab and cycle each download slowly.
Are you seeing any network activity? (other users appear as lines in here)

Otherwise post some more screenshots and I'll try to help, redact or blur private info if you wish.

Good luck
