I see seeders who are using the old 2.2.1 version of Transmission client,  but when i'm trying to connect to them through Tixati v3.44  , the connection ends with an " error: Connection reset (10053)"  message .

Me too I see them often on public torrents. They don't leech or seed. They are most likely bots dedicated to collect data.
