one quick question can this be set up to automatically start loading a torrent without me telling it to??

If you mean loading a torrent without the pop-up load transfer prompt window, go to settings-user interface-behavior and click on the configure button for 'Transfer loading priority/location prompt. From there you can turn on/off the prompt window for transfers and magnet links.

I think OP meant to start it from his web browser when clicking on a torrent or magnet link.

In case that's what you want, you have to go into your web browser preferences and look for something called "Applications" or "Content" and you can find which program the browser will launch for a given link/file type.
