I understood V3.1 was implemented in a backward compatible way.
Is my understanding wrong ? Or Tixati implementation?

OK, tried with v3.0 torrent: that one works with flud+

AND: Tixati -> flud+ delivers with 900 MBit/sec
WHILE: Tixati -> Tixati goes 90 MBit/sec

Shame! And this was with exactly same pair of devices!

Re. initial issue/question: v3.1 does not state compatibility. Hence that part is resolved.

The throughput mess with Tixati has been unresolved since years, and I'm not alone ...

flud+ and libre torrent Apps.
As v3 is working with those, the subject line topic is solved. What remains is the performance disaster.
