I understood V3.1 was implemented in a backward compatible way.
Is my understanding wrong ? Or Tixati implementation?

OK, tried with v3.0 torrent: that one works with flud+

AND: Tixati -> flud+ delivers with 900 MBit/sec
WHILE: Tixati -> Tixati goes 90 MBit/sec

Shame! And this was with exactly same pair of devices!

Re. initial issue/question: v3.1 does not state compatibility. Hence that part is resolved.

The throughput mess with Tixati has been unresolved since years, and I'm not alone ...

your title got cut off, where do v3.1 magnet links not open, flud+ and where...? libr.....?
what error do you get?
