I had a torrent with an upload ratio of over 8.
So I set the global setting to "stop constant seeds on upload ratio above" to 5.
But the torrent kept running. I checked and I haven't set any settings specifically for this torrent (the Upload Ratio is set to "Use default setting").
I thought maybe Tixati only checks this global setting when a torrent transitions past this value. So I set the global setting to 9, and waited for this torrent to get to 9, over 9...nothing happened. Still seeding.
I then tried setting the torrent specific upload limit to 5, and it immediately stopped seeding.
So yeah, it looks like the Global Upload ratio limit is not working anymore? Or I've misunderstood something. Happy to be corrected if so.

You set the option 'stop constant seeds on upload ratio above', but was the seed you are trying to affect a constant seed or just a regular seed? That option will only affect torrents that are set to constant seed. Do you have the options to auto-manage slots or recycle slots turned on?
