Just upgraded and the Tixaxi icon is there in the try when I minimise it but I can't do anything with it - there is no context menu9

Does anything show up when you right click the tray icon? Is the context menu there when you are not minimized? What exactly do you see when you right click the tray icon both when you are minimized and not minimized? If you left click the tray icon while you are minimized does it show the program? What specific Linux are you running?

I fixed mine by going to Interface & select Behavior then de select...Use SNI tray icon.

I've upgraded to Tixati 3.44 and the issue still persists. If I downgrade to version 3.42 the tray icon works. If i right click on the tray icon it shows a thin gray bar, left click on the tray icon shows the running program.

What distro are you using? In v3.44 try de-selecting the Use SNI tray icon and see if that works.

Unchecking 'Use SNI tray icon' fixed the issue for me.
MX-Linux with XFCE.

Which MX-Linux are you using? MX-25.2 Xfce 64 bit or MX-25.2 Xfce AHS 64 bit or other?

I'm using LMDE7 and as an update I unchecked the use SNI tray icon and now right clicking the icon shows the menu. My problem can be marked as solved. Thanks

I can confirm the same problem for me, Tixati 3.43/3.44 on Xubuntu 26.04 (Xfce 4.20)

For now if anyone has this problem, turn off the "Use SNI tray icon" option found in Settings -> User Interface -> Behavior. The Dev is working on this.

Confirming this on latest linux mint zena with 3.44
