You seem unaware that nodes are not anonymous, destinations (tunnel ends on other nodes) are.

You seem unaware that nodes do not choose most of the peers, or what data to send in which direction. Some far away node chooses participants when building its tunnels, and your node might become one of them, and relay data.

You seem unaware that two devices behind ISP NATs (excluding small percent of mutually compatible NAT types) can't send any packets to each other at all without an intermediate relay. That's not even I2P knowledge, that's basic networking.

I have no idea why you try to wing it instead of just trying to learn how things work from scratch, step by step. We're not at some kind of corporate presentation, nor the exam.
