On the web interface, you can change a torrent's category by selecting it, selecting the category, and clicking move. Doing so does not move the torrent to the new category's seeding location, whereas changing category through the desktop UI's context menu or by drag and dropping does. No "fast-moving file" line appears in the event log if done through the web UI either.

Thanks for reporting this. An earlier thread mentioned this https://forum.tixati.com/support/8683  and the Dev is on it. This should be fixed in the next release, which is coming soon.
