Have you gone to the Settings-Shell Integration, and pressed the check now button for the magnet link association? Does it tell you Tixati is the default handler?
Are you sure your browser knows to open magnet links with Tixati?
What happens when to try opening a magnet link? Is there another program that open the link? Are you opening them from a website?
