I wrote a script to check peers, it will find out leechers which downloads exceed the total file size and then add their IP addresses to the IPfilter list.

However, there is currently no corresponding WebAPI to reload the IPfilter list in time, and I hope to provide a WebAPI that can reload the IPfilter list via the specified name of it.

In the main Tixati that runs, when you go to add a filter there is an option to Auto-Reload. If you set that to some interval than it should reload in the background for you.

The interval (too long and fixed) of auto-reload shall not be applicable to this case, it needs right away like the Refresh button.
