При сборе каналов: 0 каналов. Ничего не находит.
Подключиться не могу. Раньше работало. сейчас ни один торрент не качает.

Через любую другую, тоже самое. Не возможно скачать, передать.
Windows обновлялся 3и дня назад.
Ничего не менялось.

При загрузки торрента, ничего не происходит, безжизненный.
При старте DNT, работает только  строка начатые транзакции, и исходящие байты

Have you used any VPN clients that use some kind of traffic redirection to limit network access for specific applications, like torrent clients?

Try running a temporary portable version of Tixati (just copy two files into any empty directory). Are results the same?

What kind of firewall are you talking about specifically? Is there more than one on your system?

Have you tried rebooting the system?
