There is a peer in I2P = aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.b32.i2p, how to ban this peer.

I did right click and ignore the peer, but it still keeps showing in my peer tab as Red coloured peer. I remove it and it comes back after few minutes. As shown here = https://i.postimg.cc/fLjt39Z4/Untitled.png

a) It's not a real peer, nor a real problem, that address is not allowed by the I2P node anyway.

b) Red means it is ignored. You should see it in the status column if you haven't turned it off.
