Every version of Tixati since I started using it (v3.19) has skipped checking the torrent auto-load directory on start up.  The only way I've found to get it to auto-load the torrents in that directory is to rename them after Tixati is running and for some reason it will see them then and load them.  Could someone please fix this bug?  Thanks in advance.
