There is no magical “swarm merging” feature you all are so excited about. If some user adds torrents that have matching files (big ones with exact same size) to Vuze/Bigly, the client announces that torrent X and torrent Y might have matching files to Vuze/Bigly DHT. Other Vuze/Bigly clients that have torrent X or torrent Y running might check the peers of corresponding torrents to see whether they might be the additional source for some of the files.
That text on the screenshot is just a peer client identification. It is not required or trusted. You can change it to anything you like. Vuze/Bigly simply use a different identification data for connections with peers that are found through those announcements to indicate that they are not directly interested in that torrent specifically, and make potential debugging easier.
