I use a method to scan the disk for duplicate transfers. In prior versions the UI would present an error because the incomplete file was deleted. I would then remove those as they were duplicates.

Currently Tixati allocates the files anew even if they were deleted.  I have the "Error on missing downloaded files" checked.

I may be missing how to not start if the incomplete files are missing.
