is tixati download/upload limit considering overhead?
this was a game-changer on uTorrent many years ago, and i think maybe this is the reason that tixati is so slow.
pls consider limiting transfer speed only, without overhead (maybe an option to not consider this).

ex: sometimes i just want to download slow (very big files like sdio drivers), but i can upload 100x+ faster than download, but tixati just can't handle it... maybe the download limiter is limiting upload because of overhead...
