In the program, I set download and distribution limits - the graphics and the tray icon show correctly, but Tixati itself downloads something beyond the limit in full, completely hanging up the Internet. The fact that it loads as much as possible over the limit is visible in the router data. I don't know what it downloads. When you turn off Tixati, the problem disappears, the traffic is completely released.
There was no such problem before. The traffic limits were working correctly.
