[Feature Request] Temporary ban, time period of peer

In biglybt you can ban a peer for a stipulated amount of time. That can be 5 minutes, 5 hours, 500 hours etc..

This cannot be done in Tixati v3.38.

I would like to request this feature in Tixati v3.39
