Please ignore invalid I2P destination.

Hi, I'm using tixati for torrenting over the I2P network. I2P does not use IP addresses, it uses destinations instead. They could be (roughly) described as 32byte SHA-256 digests. The 32byte / 256bit digest could be displayed as 52byte ASCII string, aka b32 encoding. But sometimes tixati displays aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.b32.i2p in peer list. This is obviously a mistake. This b32 decodes as 256bit of zeroes. This might be tixati mistake, or tracker mistake sending this peer to tixati. If this is tixati mistake, please fix it. If this is tracker mistake, please hide it.

So that extension is possible in the future, clients should ignore a 32-byte all-zeros hash, and any data that follows.
