In the last version the bandwidth button has the icon decentralized, windows 10 here

what do you mean be "icon decentralized"?
a pic would be nice to see exactly what you mean.

The level of bandwidth icon seem below the others

They are lined up from the bottom, not the top.

So why the Settings button icon is not decentralized? Anyway something is wrong with bandwidth icon.
