there is the maximum TCP/IP connections in Windows since Windows XP, other BT clients such as qbittorent utorrent will install the patch to break through the limit. So is there a patch or plugin of tixati to break through the maximum TCP/IP connections of Windows desktop?

Hello, time traveller from 20 years ago.

There was no limit on number of connections. There was a limit on number of concurrent attempted (half-open) TCP connections in Server 2003 and XP after service pack 2. It was a desperate approach: not being able to fix vulnerabilities, Microsoft decided to cripple the network subsystem to limit the effective rate of spread of network worms and abilities of DDoS botnets. Later releases of Windows dropped that hack.

If you need to use Tixati (or any other active network program) on Windows XP, there are well know patching tools for tcpip.sys. You don't need to do anything on other systems.

I also really wonder how you expect to alter the code of cryptographically signed drivers in modern Windows.
