If you click in Details tab, the panel expand automatically, increasing panel height, need an option to keep the panel height, disabling this auto height adjustment and also make the content scrollable.

In the newer versions the detail panel is not automatically expanded as in old versions, but sadly you can't scroll in this panel yet. But I think a better solution is implement panel height per tab.
