In a hypothetical situation, I have created a Linux distribution version 50.1.2.
I intend to seed this Linux distribution torrent in a mixed mode environment (Clearnet + I2P) with the following specified speed limits:
Clearnet: 64 KB/s maximum
I2P: 256 KB/s maximum
Currently, the available functionality allows setting a single, uniform speed limit across both networks.
I am seeking the ability to manage and adjust these speed limits separately, as described above.
Thank you.

How often do you adjust upload ratios of individual torrents up to single kilobytes per second?
It would be much easier to have two global limits for two networks, then set the allowed shares of those limits with priorities.

NO. Global limits is not what will serve the purpose.
Per torrent limits will be significantly better which is why, I am asking for this, specifically.
