How can I set the outgoing limit for each torrent but above 100 kB/s, which is the maximum value available?

I'd like to set it e.g. to 200 in one torrent, 500 in the other or 800 kB/s in the other one, but I can't because other than 100 kB/s only "no limit" is the option in the related window...

How to proceed in this case?

right click a torrent and go to bandwidth and then at the bottom select customize menu.
now you can change the menu choices as you like.
