Contacts availability in I2P

3.38 changes are MASSIVELY cool, thank you!

I'm trying to figure out how hidden identities (should) operate. In I2P-only channel mode, they don't tell each other their public addresses (yeah, makes sense), so the chat with someone added to the contact list also works through I2P.

It seems that such contact goes offline as soon as it leaves the last active channel. As its destination remains active, I suppose that Tixati declines user connections intentionally. Obviously, if people want to “really leave” without a trace, they should also change their network address deliberately after that.

Also, a couple of times I've noticed that the local client destination has disappeared from I2P node interface, even though I2P is turned on in Tixati, and the channel is started. But before that, I switched things on and off many times, and forced a lot of updates and connections here and there, so I guess there is a way to get the program puzzled about its state.
