Peer Connect Timeout

Version: 3.37.1
The default timeout is 16s in settings menu, but that is not being honored. When attempting to download peers will sit in "Waiting to connect..." status indefinitely.
I have not had any issues downloading in the past. Just installed this new version today.
Thanks for a great product! I have tried other clients and keep coming back to Tixati.
Edit: I would like to roll back to 3.36 -- Is there anyplace I can download prior versions of Tixati?

The default timeout is 16s in settings menu
where in the settings is this?
how many transfers do you have running?
are all transfers stuck with "Waiting to connect..." status, or just new ones?
to go back a version just change the numbers in the download link back a version.
eg for windows:
https://tixati.com/download/tixati-3.37-1.win64-install
change to:
https://tixati.com/download/tixati-3.36-1.win64-install
this will only work for going back a version or 2.

Thanks for the reply! Just the new ones. I am seeding lots and there were connections being made to my seeds, but I couldn't start new downloads.
I noticed in the settings (Network > Connections > Peer connect/login timeouts) that peers I try to connect to should timeout after 15s. But they were never timing out. I suspect this is probably more a symptom than a cause of the problem.
After reverting back to 3.36 everything worked like a charm.

I don't think that Network > Connections > Peer connect/login timeouts setting is in seconds, but I don't know for sure.
When the peers were displaying "Waiting to connect..." what was going on with your trackers for that torrent?
If you update to 3.37 again do you still have this problem?
How many torrents do you have running? Are there a lot of connection attempts happening?
