In this version, I try to add peer in IPV4 address, Example: 1.2.3.4:5678, It works well, but when I try to add IPV6 peer with this Example: 2001:bc8:1234:1234:abcd:abcd:1234:1234:8999, or [2001:bc8:1234:1234:abcd:abcd:1234:1234]:8999(qbittorrent style) but both two types input, none IPV6 peer added in peer list. I think it is a bug.
